• Food you’ve eaten? Tortilla crusted tilapia, squash, and hush puppies.
• Flavor of gum chewed? I don’t really like gum but saw a new type in Target that reminded me of some in the 80’s that had the squishy liquid stuff in it. This flavor was strawberry and lime but tasted like basil. Blachhh!
• Shoes you’ve worn? Red plaid ballet slipper-type shoes
• Store you’ve been in? Target … it competes well with Wal-Mart for the award, “Best Opportunity to Purchase Unnecessary Plastic Stuff”. This time I bought a handheld vaccum to try to keep the dog hair off the couches … so far, no luck.

Can You …

• Write with both hands? no … although I did have to write with my left hand when I broke my write wrist in 5th grade
• Whistle? Never … it’s pretty pitiful
• Blow a bubble? With what? Gum or bubble liquid? I can do both.
• Roll your tongue in a circle? Nope … can’t roll my “r’s” either … a tremendous handicap with the Spanish language
• Cross your eyes? I think I can but it hurts … so I don’t
• Touch your tongue to your nose? good grief no …
• Dance? Who determines what is or isn’t dancing? To some I might … to others I might not.
• Gleek? Only on accident but I had many more accidents when I had braces. There were some embarrassing orthodontist appointments. Apparently I have good saliva glands. Who knew?!
• Stay up a whole night without sleep? I only did this once (Presidential election of 1992) and vowed to never do it again.
• Speak a different language? I should be able to speak Spanish and wish I spoke Swahili, so I guess I should give the short answer of “no”
• Impersonate someone? ha! no … Southern accents are very difficult to disguise as anything but Southern
• Prank call people? no …
• Make a card pyramid? no … I’m not patient enough and too competitive. It would make me mad when it falls.
• Cook anything? yep … though not often. The most recent meal I cooked was Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin and Smoked Gouda Grits. It was very yummy.
